The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness was a concern—there were even spider webs in some areas. On the bright side, the housekeeping team was responsive and promptly addressed the issue. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were quite unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, the service was lacking and didn’t meet expectations.
