Had to unload my own luggage and no parking , no valet service. The parking they did offer was self park using an App that doesnt work unless you have a U.S. zip code. So useless for internstional travellers. Had to use the valet service for the hotel accross the street!

Perfect hotel

Whole property was amazing. Gym was well equiped which is essential for me. Breakfast was outstanding!! For a free breakfast, that was totally amazing. One small detail all hotels should follow is hard floors throughout like this property. Nothing harder than dragging heavy luggage over carpet. Appreciated hard floors in the hallway and rooms

RIU Hital 1st class

RIU Hotel was amazing. Very clean rooms and hallways. No carpet which I really like. No issue with sounds from neighbors or other floors. Roof top bar was a pleasant surprise and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend and my wife and I will definitely stay there in the future.

One of the best hotels that my wife & I have stayed in. The hospitality was warm & welcoming. The cleanliness from the hotel foyer to the elevators, the hallways & our large estate rooms was impeccable. The breakfast bar was second to none & stayed stocked & fresh. The rooftop restaurant had awesome views & the tastefulness of the food adequately reflected the ambiance of a first class five star dining experience.

Not the best, not the worst.

Newer hotel, so as expected in regard to cleanliness/condition of hotel. Magnificent breakfast bar! Hate the internet process of having to redo the login each day and the signal is always cutting out (had schoolwork to do each day). My biggest pet peeve was that the only way to get ice is by taking the elevator down to the lobby bar and the fridges hold barely anything. Overall- nice place that is cheaply made. Good for our trip but would probably find somewhere with a pool and ice machine next round.
