The shuttle service was non-existent. I called the front desk and was told that a shuttle from Park-N-Jet would pick me up in 30-40 minutes. After waiting an hour in the cold, I decided to get an Uber. They had instructions in the front desk for how to request a shuttle when checking out of the hotel, but after the poor experience on arrival, I didn't trust them to get me to the airport in a timely manner. No breakfast served and the surrounding area has very limited dining options (subway/dunkin donuts) within walking distance. The metro train station is also very far so I had to take a Lyft to get me to the Rosemont metro station. The room itself was very clean and the queen bed had its own separate room with a door and lock. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress, keep that in mind if you've got back issues or are on the heavier side. Room had a fridge, stove, microwave and basic utensils, very convenient when keeping leftovers. For the price point and lack of transport/breakfast amenities, I don't believe this is good value for your money.
