Perfect stay for Lollapalooza

Perfect walking distance away from Grant Park for Lollapalooza, not in the middle of the main entrance. Felt very safe during our stay. Would recommend bringing own pillows or requesting more pillows since the pillows felt flat. Good view, service, and cleanliness

Pillows worn down, linens not fresh, towels not white, internet AWFUL would not connect 90% of the time. Windows in poor condition you hear every noise from outside and I was on the 9th floor.

First impression is lack of professionalism at the front desk. They did not seem interested in providing service and presented a very low eagerness to assist. I don’t think I saw a smile the 3 days that I was there. The imagery on the website is quite misleading. Room 923 had the brown water stain approx. 3ft round that it looks like it is ready to fall. The wall paper is bubbling. The bathtub could use some work especially the caulking in the tub.Any rooms around the elevator is unbearable. The only positive is the two restaurants nearby.

Great option in Chicago. Close to metra, Subway, bus station, next to Michigan Av. And few minutes away.from Chicago downtown, museums, soldierfiel stadium.... Relación cost-benefit is great

Great location, some noise

Great location, close to Millennium Park and the museums. Free coffee and shared microwave in the lobby. However, there was noise -- doors had to be pushed closed so we heard a lot of doors slamming throughout the stay, windows are not great for sound dampening.
