We had a wonderful stay in Chester. We found the staff to be polite friendly and very helpful. In fact the people of Chester are very friendly.
The room was spacious and we were at the side of the building so it was quiet . We ate in the hotel on my Birthday and the food was very good They even made me a special dessert
The breakfast in the morning was a continental which was served at the table.Service was a bit slow but it was at a busy time and was substantial
We would recommend this hotel to friends and family. In fact we are looking forward to going back

Just booked 1 night stay here, me and my partner stayed in a club room, which was very spacious and clean. The grounds are lovely and an ideal place for a wedding.
Breakfast was a lovely buffet style with plenty to choose from.
We only had a coffee machine in the room so i rang reception for a kettle and they brought one immediately, even though they didn't supply these for the club rooms. Excellent staff and service.

Sitting on the banks of the River Dee, Chester is a beautiful city and the gateway to North Wales. The striking city walls envelop the medieval town, offering superb views of Chester Racecourse and the famous Eastgate Clock for those who walk the circuit. Grosvenor Park gives way to 20 acres of greenery, where visitors can ride the miniature railway and admire the fountains and streams along the way.
