Nice hotel in good area, walking distance from museums, restaurants and attractions.
Confused and useless Valet parking attendants.
I arrived 1h before check in and they were unable to give me a room, I had to wait for one hour, while at the lobby I saw 3 people checking in just 15 minutes later...?!
Rooms are spacious and nicely remodeled but remodel is still in progress, that means disturbing drilling sounds from early morning, also I could feel some vibration in my room randomly at all times, woke me up twice at night and felt it again in the morning.
I complained at check out and they complimented the parking which was very nice but doesn't solve the problem.
So if you stay here insist on a high floor with street view and away from the elevators.
