I really enjoyed the overall experience and location of the hotel. The weekend and evening desk clerk were very friendly and helpful however the morning staff member was MIA for at least 30 minutes when people were trying to check out. When she finally came back she was clueless, unable to print and receipt, and almost sent my taxi away. Another gentleman ended up leaving a note with his key so he wouldn't miss his flight.
I would stay there again because the room was nice, tons of restaurants and shopping in the area, and easy access to the Cherry Creek Trail made it worth the wait checking out.

Close to cherry creek activities and downtown. I 25 is about 1/2 mile away. Colorado blvd. Is where some suburban like stores are as there is also shopping in the cherry creek shopping area. I recommend going to the cherry cricket for a late night dinner. Walk around that area. Nice. Mountains are about 1/2 hour drive to get into the foothills. View of mountains if you request the hotel. No pool. Helpful staff.

Only a few minor negatives, but these make the difference...water cooler on a table near the elevators was empty both times I went by...would have enjoyed it, and looks unappealing with hunks of fruit stuck at the bottom of the cooler. This should be refilled constantly, even when the coffee is out in the morning.
Bed could be a little softer...not sure if mattresses are all being replaced, but I don't remember it being quite so firm.
Am staying here again and recommend it.

Stayed at the hotel for one night while in the area visiting relatives. The hotel/room was clean. Not spacious, but adequate. The room was quiet. No bothersome noise from hallway or from outside hotel. The only "problem" with the room was the bathroom faucet handle - it came off easily - still worked - just had to slip it back on. Hotel staff seemed courteous and polite. The clerks seemed efficient - no problems checking in or out. The hot tub definitely had to be one of the best hotel hot tubs I've ever seen or been in - very attractive. The pool was clean and inviting - could of been bigger. With a half dozen people in it, it seemed crowded. Maybe 15' X 30'. Pool and Spa are indoors, BTW. There was a terrace where you could sunbathe. I saw at least one person taking advantage of that. The free breakfast was a downer to me. It wasn't awful, but not great. I couldn't figure out how to work the microwave, so ate my Danish cold. They did have sausage patties, but that was the only meat choice. But then, I've been to other hotels where the free breakfast didn't have any meat choices. Not sure if it was the busy season, or not, but the hotel seemed quite busy. Therefore, waiting on the elevator became an issue a time or 2. Overall, it was a good experience. We'll probably use this hotel again even though it was a bit pricey from our point of view.

I got to my room with low expectations, I had read a number of reviews beforehand, but found a seemingly well cleaned room with fresh sheets and pillowcases. The water was hot and the water pressure as high as I would want. There were more towels than I used in the 8 nights I was there. There were no noticeable odors to speak of, I was in a no smoking room.
Room was dated and showed wear, the microwave was tiny, the TV small-ish (17"-19"), and the wifi a bit slow.
For the price, I would stay here again, which I plan to do in another week. If I had my family with me, I'd probably opt for something else.
