It wasn't the nicest hotel, but it was clean and had the amenities I needed for a quick stay in Denver. The staff was always helpful and nice, even when I had to check in after midnight. The breakfast was absolutely awful, but most hotel breakfasts are. The hotel is extremely close to a main public transit stop for both the light rails and buses, making it very easy to get around without a car or having to pay big bucks to stay right downtown.

Stayed four nights at the hotel and it met our needs, but did not exceed our expectations by any means. I had coffee in my room the first night. The coffee cups (paper to-go cups), the coffee and the creamer/sugar packets were never replenished the entire time that we were there. There was no book or pamphlet telling you about the hotel amenities, what time the bistro/restaurant hours were, laundry services, ice machine location etc. We didn't have a do not disturb sign that we could use, so had to ask for that.
Over all, as I said, it was sufficient and did the job. Had a warm place to sleep and a hot shower.

Lots of trash everywhere. Seems they need more Cleaning crews. Also really didn't like that they didn't clean my room at all while I was there which was Friday to Monday. Apparently they don't clean on the weekend (ridiculous). You are to let them know by 5:00 on Friday night if you want "light cleaning" done but I didn't check in until 9:00pm and didn't notice until Saturday afternoon when I returned and it was cleaned.
