"Great hotel near everywhere"
We had fun staying there because the location was nice. Near subway, there are several convenient store and restaurants around. Great room, bathroom and staff. They were very helpful. The cleaning lady were also very helpful.

Very friendly staff! Even though there was a fun and bustling neighborhood just outside the building, my room was very quiet. Close to both Insadong and Gwangjang Market. I will definitely stay here again.

"Nice hotel near euljiro 1 ga train station."
great experience with the hotel. the hotel room is just nice for two with little luggage. If you have alot of luggages, i would suggest getting a bigger room and not the standard size. One suggestion i would like to make would be the flooring for the shower room. As it was winter, the floor was so cold when i tried to enter to shower. After some time showering, the shower rm still remained abit chilly. Suspect that there was cold air coming in frm the ventilation below. Overall still a nice hotel to stay at! recommended!

"Great Hotel, Excellent Location, Great Staff"
The location is excellent, ignore that it appears to be in a weird alley, its Korea you'll be safe! and its easy walking distance to 5 metro lines, and very close to all the tourist activities, with great restaurants and bars in Jongro a short walk away. Staff threw in a free hotel breakfast on the first morning, and were super helpful. The bed is actually a full real king size bed (unlike hotels that tape two singles together) very comfy, pillows excellent. Minor small easy to fix maintenance issues in the bathroom area need to be looked at, as well as better sound proofing from nearby rooms, otherwise the place is awesome.

"Good location and good room "
Overall the hotel and location were great considering the price. The only thing I would say is that they need to work through the parking. It advertised free valet parking, which it has, but after hours they weren't available. I was told by the front desk to park on the street parking next to the hotel. I woke up the next morning to a ticket. The hotel staff worked it out, just something to work through. Need to have someone to park cars after 8 or 9 pm. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

"Excellent hotel at a great location"
My stay couldn't have been better. The staff was very professional and helpful, almost to a fault. The gym was a bit small, but my room and the facilities were pleasant and clean. The coffee in the room was delicious! One thing that's easy to neglect is the safety of the neighborhood. Even just a few blocks outside the main district there are many hotels where there's nobody on the street at night. The neighborhood of this hotel stays pretty busy late into the night, so you won't have to worry about going out late at night to pick up a snack. The location is excellent with the hotel literally in the center of everything. The City Hall and Duksoo Palace is to the west, the famous Gwanghwa Gate is to the north, and to the south are the huge Lotte Department Store and Myoungdong shopping district. All are within walking distance.

"Small room for but adequate. Room facilities good"
Staff always greet you when you enter or exit. room is small but the room facilities are great. Breakfast is very basic, cup noodles and bread but enough to get you going. Availability of other food is very near to the hotel. location is great, very short walking distance to jongno 3-ga metro. Tv channels are aplenty. a computer in the room in case you need to do any work or research, a pity it does not have a speaker else it will be great.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Cheonggyecheon hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
