The hotel is in a great location for getting around Spokane to the hot spots and to the Spokane Arena. Also the lobby coffee shop/lounge is really nice and has a decent happy hour. We enjoyed our stay!

Old hotel that was creaky and not very soundproof. Front desk staff were really nice but seemed unfamiliar with places to eat and visit nearby. Did not give AARP, prior military, or first responder discounts, but price was fair so it worked out. Bar was nice as was the restaurant but it's a "Club" so expect "Club" prices. On a scale of 1 to 5 I'll give it a 2.75.

"comfortable bed, convenient location, great price"
booked this hotel mostly based on guest reviews and price. not a fancy hotel - clean and very comfortable bed and pillows! want to buy their pillows! the breakfast looked very "manufactured" - the sausage, the pancakes and the eggs were ALL the same size circle! Tasted good but not very inviting. Conveyor belt-style. Friendly staff. Quiet and convenient location near hospitals and a skip from I-90 freeway. Would return.

Every staff member I interacted with was quick and ready to help with my needs and questions. Breakfast was limited but good. My room was on the top floor, and everything was clean and neat my entire stay. The only thing I didn't like was how close the railroad is to the hotel; sometimes at night I could hear the train run by.
