I booked a room, Th-Sat. Our flight got in at 12:30 Thursday morning. Despite calling headquarters ahead of time, to make sure we would be able to check in early, the gal at the front desk made us pay for an extra night, despite having a room available. Not cool.

Great place to stay!

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. From the room to breakfast, everything was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were sadly shocked to see that the room was not as expected. The room was damp, with the sheets, carpet, etc feeling damp and muggy. In the shower, there were hairs all around. Nice looking facility with lovely staff, but cleanliness and comfort took the hit.

We will be back!

Great location while traveling I-75. Clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was a good size and had comfortable beds. A variety of choices a breakfast.
