We were there for an hour when we saw the first bed bug. Reported it and asked for a refund, but they stated that we had been checked in for more than 15 minutes so we were ineligible for a refund. I didn’t expect a five star hotel for the price, but bed bugs are not acceptable.

There is nothing not one thing to like about this property! Well, I can say we survived. We intentionally stayed away all day until we were so sleepy all we did was shower and go to bed. I can't believe this place is on Expedia list. Take it down now...It's NOT SAFE!!!!!

The lights in the room were not working properly, and even the door latch was broken. The room had an unpleasant smell, was dirty, and the comforter was of poor quality. Overall, I did not like the property. Although there is a swimming pool, it is in such pathetic condition that it is of no use.

This accommodations was not what i paid for was locked out of the room , key card didn't work, so was put in another room that had bugs and smell of smoke which kicked up allergies waiting for repair man to come at 8am so i could get into the room i need some kind of compensation this is so ridiculous

One of the worst rooms I've stayed in- holes in the wall, door frame completely chewed up by dogs, furniture broken, lights not working, stained sheets, outside area is pretty filthy. Luckily it quieted down after dark and I haven't seen any bugs, so that's a positive.

I had to.cancel That reservation bc that hotel was having sewer drainage issues and I couldn’t get a room there the clerk canceled it and told me to call EXPEDIA TO GET MY MONEY BACK ASAP
