This place is fantastic. Right next to the lift up Mont Blanc, and literally minutes from the centre of town! Staff were super friendly and helpful and the facilities are lovely. The only thing I would say is the bar served absolutely no food. It's right near reception so you can appreciate they don't serve meals but it would be nice to have some nuts/small snacks while you have a drink with friends before going out for dinner.
Would 100% book this hotel again when I return. I'd be surprised if I could find anything better value.

I had a room on the river side and it was the most peaceful experience I've ever had at a hotel. The room itself was fine, nothing special but clean and comfortable. The internet wasn't great but other than that, no complaints!

Location couldn't be better. Parking was free and behind the hotel. Room (single bed) was OK but seemed old, including the bathroom, but it was acceptable. Did have a TV and big window. Breakfast was good...lots of choices.

Really friendly staff, Scandinavian run. Connected to the main apres bar in Chamonix. Room is a bit tired, had duck tape on my wall around my window, and at 5ft6 I was unable to stand up straight in the shower as was in the eaves, but bed was comfortable, room was spacious and breakfast was good value. Not the finest ski hotel but good value for money and brilliant location for the centre.

The location and backdrop of the hotel are great. The main issue we encountered when we were there was very poor Wifi access in our room and in many parts of the hotel. We were told that they were transitioning to a new internet system and that "they were sorry". In this day and age, there should never be problems with wifi access within highly rated hotels, so this was the main negative of our stay.

Equipped with swimming pool, mini golf and so on, this hotel is quite suitable for families with children. Very helpful staff. Transportation could be an issue, as the number of trains to Chamonix is limited. There are only a few restaurants and one small grocery store around--you have to plan your day well ahead!
