Welcoming and very friendly, cosy lounges and a pretty garden to relax in.
Our interest was Ramsgate as we had not been for many years, met other guests and enjoyed their company in homely surroundings. It has that home from home feel.

Found this hotel the night before we stayed there, looked good and took dogs (very important!).
The hotel was busy, had a busy but pleasing atmosphere, and staff were helpful and friendly.
We ate in the pub (dog under the table) and enjoyed a few glasses of wine.
Rooms were a good size and quiet.
The hotel provided what we needed.

We stayed for one night on Saturday 6th May 2017. Very impressed with the amount of room and space of the facilities. Very modern feel to the room which was spacious and had everything we needed. Good parking and reasonable prices.

Danes could potentially be great but unfortunately because of a general lack of care and attention it falls well short. Breakfast was luke warm. TV remote was missing from our room. Window latch was broken. Reception was surly and unhelpful. Walls are paper thin you could hear guests talking in the next room! Onsite Peacocks whilst nice to look at are noisy early risers and disrupt the guests with their 5am call. Gardens are spacious but tired and need some TLC. It's a shame because as a location it's great. If some attention had been put in then many of these problems could easily be resolved.
