Confesso que estava apreensiva devido a outros comentários. Mas o hotel me surpreendeu. Fiquei na parte externa, na Pipa 15..mistura do rústico com o aconchegante. Meus filhos amaram. Ideal para família. Com certeza voltaremos.

Muito mal atendido.

Já tinha ido outras x nesse hotel, e o atendimento era maravilhoso. Dessa x foi horrivel, ao chegar tinha um sr que mal olhou p nós, grosso, sem educação. Nao teve ninguem nos acompanhando ate o quarto. Pedi uma tele e ele foi ate nosso quarto e super grosso, quase colocou a port abaixo, dizendo q era p por o fone no gancho q tava ocupado, sendo que nem usei o telefone. Depois ele veio ate o quarto e o mesmo confirmou que estava estragado. Questionei sobre o ar condicionado, por nao estar funcionando e ele me disse q era só p o verão. Ai questionei ele onde estava escrito isso, e ele nem bila deu p o q falei. Muito mal atendido. Na saida sim tinha uma moça muito simpatica. Hotel esta se deteriorando, todo cheio de mofo.

Deixou a desejar

Hotel muito antigo e com muitas manutenções a fazer. Nosso banheiro estava com muitos cabelos e não tinha lugar no Box pra colocar shampoo, colocamos no chão. Também não oferecia sabonetes. Nossa cama eram duas de solteiro que juntaram pra montar uma de casal porém os colchões tinham tamanhos diferentes que gerou um desconforto. Café da manhã bom!

Imaginamos que seria incrível aquele hotel, mas a decepção foi de imediato. Quarto muito feio com porta e janelas com muitas brechas onde o vento frio entrava. Paredes com tintas tufadas. O café mais simples de Canela. Um vergonhoso apagão no estacionamento e em frente ao hotel. No geral precisa de reformas urgente.

Uma pena, era um hotel com otimo custo beneficio

Nao vejo problema em ser um hotel antigo, mas esta muito mal cuidado. No nosso banheiro tinha um vazamento no tenho do box que estava prestes a abrir o gesso. Gesso com aspecto de sujo por causa da humidade. Na entrada do edtacionamento tem um burraco que em algum momento vai quebrar algum carro. Pra completar, dentro do hotel estao tem pessoas vendendo propriedade, importunando varios clientes.
