We rented the Suite for two nights thinking it was within about 3 miles from Biltmore house, but was surprised to find we had to drive a lot further to get there. The two room suite was fine but we were very surprised that the large counter only had one sink. For almost 400.00 for a two night stay, I truly believe we could have done much better.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Haywood Park Hotel. This is a beautiful and well-run hotel that's within walking distance to most points of interest in downtown Asheville. Staff members are friendly and helpful, and rooms are spacious and pretty.
We had only two minor issues: having to repeatedly sign in to wifi and air conditioning that was too effective! Overall, a great stay.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy our stay. The front desk staff are awesome! We get a room right in front of a great pool. Breakfast is great! A little challenge to get to, but well worth it!

Everyone was very nice and the room was comfortable. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the free hotel shuttle was perfect for getting to and from downtown Asheville. We used Uber to get to and from the Asheville Airport.

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The furniture was higher end than most hotel rooms. We didn't have time to visit the pool area. Everything was included to cook and serve meals and there were plenty of linens. The area that the hotel was located was just down the street from the Biltmore and was very close to the historic area which included plenty of restaurants. It was in a safe location, but the views were not very good. We were on a ground floor and had a little walled patio area, which was nice. The only complaint we had was that the fire place did not work. We only stayed two days and never had time to ask if it could be fixed. It was summer time and perhaps they don't include gas in the summer, but it was disappointing as we live in Florida were it is never cool enough to have a fire. The staff was friendly and check in and out was quick and pleasant.
