"Beautiful Property"
This is a beautiful property. The location is fantastic. It's right on the tip of the island where you have oceans on two sides. The Eastern shore is rocky and gets lots of waves crashing on the shore. If you love the sound of waves you will enjoy this. The north shore is very calm and features a beautiful white sand beach. my wife and I were there for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. The property itself is gorgeous and it's maintained perfectly. Everything is clean and perfectly groomed. They have three different pools, two of which are multi-level infinity pools. There are plenty of beach lounge chairs and either huts or umbrellas on the beach so there was never a problem finding a spot to relax in. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and service was great. The only shortfalls are in the quality of the food, which is OK (stay away from seafood-tastes very fishy!) and in the house wine which is basically terrible (you can get better wine but it costs extra. I don't like that concept - an all inclusive should be just that).

Rooms were cleaned daily and fridge stocked once a day. In the evening they came around again to see if we needed more towels or anything. Beach was clean and wait staff was always there to bring you drinks on the beach. Staff was very friendly. Our favorite was the buffet restaurant and the barefoot grill. The barefoot grill was great to grab a burger, nachos, or fruit to have a quick lunch on the beach or by the pool. This resort is close to the end of the island but very close (walking distance) to a shopping "outlet" and souvenir shopping. Felt very safe at the resort and even walking off resort for shopping. View from our room on the 10th floor was awesome. The water was great!

"Lovely Round Hotel with beautiful beach."
It is a lovely round hotel. My room had a lovely balcony, I slept with the door open and the sound of the sea to lull me to sleep. Also terrific view from the balcony up the Cancun coast. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Direct access right onto the beach with lovely swimming in the sea. Life guards were attentive and friendly. Lovely breakfast buffet inside the hotel. Sorry I don't remember the name. I had a delicious lunch and dinner at the Grill restaurant on the outside patio. It was delightful.

"friendly and clean "
It was amazing, food was great and swevice was awesome. We just believe the excursion people with scuba caribe should provide transportation with their service charge because when they pick you up they should also return you to your hotel and that wasn't the case. We had to pay for transportation and find our way back on our own, but other then that it was awesome

"Great Hotel"
The hotel was immaculate and the service was fantastic. They have an entertainment staff at the pool everyday to provide fun activities if you want to participate. Even if you don't participate, they are fun to watch. The beach was wonderful. Farther north the beach is not as nice. Lucy gave a wonderful massage. The food was good with lots of choices. They had a band every night which was nice to listen to after dinner while relaxing in the bar. Overall, a wonderful all-inclusive hotel. I will definitely go back.

    Explore Cancun

Mexico’s most popular destination, Cancun is a beach-lovers’ paradise cut from sun, sand and sea. There are plenty of reasons to visit this sparkling Caribbean sapphire, where top attractions include climbing a Maya pyramid, diving into the depths of a limestone sinkhole or hitting the dance floor at a thumping nightclub.

Every day in Cancun begins and ends on the beach. The glistening white sand and crystal waters are straight out of a postcard. Plunge below for some of the world’s best snorkeling and diving at nearby Isla Mujeres and Cozumel. There is even an underwater museum here, with 500 submerged sculptures accessible to divers.

Just outside of Cancun, archaeological treasures are found at the Maya sites of Chichén Itzá, Tulum and Cobá. And at night, the city comes alive. Head downtown to Mercado 28 for authentic street food. The mainstream restaurants generally avoid innovation, opting instead for quantity and value, while the stratospheric nightclubs of the Zona Hotelera won’t shut down until the last shot of tequila is downed.

Ancient Mayan Cancun has more than left its mark on the modern incarnation of the city - most obviously in the form of Chichen Itza, the cultural center of Cancun. The Kukulkan Pyramid forms a striking figurehead, standing at a height of over 75 feet as part of the ancient mysterious city. It's also worth spending some time at the archaeological site so that you can experience the less obvious points of attraction, such as the Cenotes (sinkholes), an ideal setting for a solid day's freshwater swimming.

    Interact with nature

Enjoy views of the Cancun jungles with some horseback riding --it's the freest way to explore the matchless destination of Cancun, a truly different taste of the Mexican way of life. And why not swim with dolphins? You can be a part of their aquatic world, and experience their serenity and benevolence face-to-face. And if that's still not enough then why not visit Xcaret, an ancient Mayan village which now comprises an underground river, aquarium, and aviary? It's a truly unique experience - an otherworldly paradise.

If thinking outside the box is your thing, spend some time in Tulum; set atop a cliff overlooking the Caribbean, Tulum is home to Xel-Ha, the world's largest natural aquarium. Tulum's structures date back more than seven centuries, and the 40-foot high El Castillo pyramid is the aesthetic focus.

    Regional specialities

Downtown Cancun gives a taste of the local way of life with a plethora of regional specialities ready and waiting. Be it indigenous cuisine, live music, or local handicrafts you're after, it's all there; it's a taste of the true Mexicana to contrast with the Americanized city center.

Accommodation can mainly be found in the famous Zone Hotelera, an area shaped like a '7' featuring bridges connecting to the mainland. Rough beaches envelop the vertical side of the '7', while the horizontal end provides a tropical paradise for surfers and sun-seekers alike. The 14-mile beach stretch is where the city comes alive at night; the vast selection of bars and clubs means there is bound to be one to suit your taste. The area undertakes the great feat of transforming itself from the world's second largest coral reef during the daytime to a lively party city at night. Hide
