Would never stay again. Booked 8 nights. Checked out after 1. Felt uncomfortable even trying get any sleep after all the big dander in the bed. Shower was covered in hair. Pool is small. No beach chairs. Ok like 6 chairs. Beach was ok but couldn’t swim in the water. Only two friendly staff members. Everyone else could have cared less. When I said we were checking out early I got ok well your not getting any money back. And he seemed like this was normal.

We had a family vacation with other family members but didn’t stay together in the same place so we had to book a hotel kind of last minute and this place was just what we needed. We got the all inclusive service for breakfast lunch and dinner not one of the best places but it was great lots of people rooms were quiet with privacy and a very family oriented place the food was ok but with so many choices out of the hotel and so many places to go it was just fine for the price we visited for spring break so it was busy but not crazy

I got a room that smelt really bad and I could hear everything as well during the night and early in the mornings. My bed sheet had some kind of blue dye on it as well which i only noticed the next morning when my thighs were blue.The hotel property has the boat decks right behind which made the small beach area full of seaweed and unpleasant to swim in but for that i recommend Ubering to Playa Forum! The food for all inclusive was very basic but the first morning I ate breakfast there the food didnt have any labels so i got yogurt and put some sauce that was beside it looking like peanut butter and nuts only to realize it was hot sauce. Other than that the staff are friendly and the cost wasn't the worst but if you're someone who likes to swim in the sea often I dont recommend it

Our air conditioner leaked a lot and I was worried about slipping so we kept putting towels on the floor. We paid for all-inclusive but they said we didn't. The food was good and the staff helpful and friendly. The beach small but OK.

The property is older than other hotels in the area, so our expectations were not very high when we booked a last-minute trip on a budget. However, we were disappointed to find that the beach is quite small and is obstructed by a marina, which limits both the view of the water and the swimming area due to the size of the catamarans and sailboats parked there. The dining options are minimal and lack variety. They really need to invest in steam tables, as the food was consistently served at unsafe temperatures. The rooms were modest and simple; however, we encountered a significant issue: the air conditioner failed to cool the room or reduce the humidity. Being from the coast, I am familiar with humidity in tropical climates, but there was so much moisture in the room that we found mildew on the sheets and pillowcases.

Hello everyone. I would like to share my impressions of this hotel. These impressions are not very bright. I was in Mexico not for the first time and I want to say, only this time I did not read the reviews about this hotel. And I regret it very much. If you are a person who wants to lie on the beach or swim in the sea, then this hotel is not for you, there is no beach near the hotel where you can swim, we went to other beaches or walked. Also, from the photos you can see a large selection of different delicious food, but this is not true, a very small selection, the same thing, the cuisine is just awful. I really love Mexican cuisine. And I repeat that this is not my first time in Mexico, but I have never seen such terrible service. If you want to take a couple of towels to sunbathe on a sun lounger, you may not be given them because they are not there or they have run out; if you want to dry your hair with a hair dryer, you will not be able to do so because there is none in the room; if you want to iron your clothes, you will not be able to do so either because there is none there either. I know that alcohol is not very expensive everywhere in bars in Mexico, but here it is very very cheap. And there is not much. If you think that you will enjoy a beautiful view and drink delicious cocktails, then you are wrong. Dear travelers, if you want to relax your soul and body. Believe me, this hotel is not for this.
