We were guaranteed a room with 2 queen beds as my son and I were going to the Ontario Volleyball Championships and we really needed to beds. When I went to check in, I was about 15 minutes early and they said the rooms weren't ready as they had had a really busy night before with a big hockey team in. I said I wouldn't be back until very late at night since we had to head to our tournament . they assured me that I would get a room with 2 queens.
When we arrived at 11 pm, they said that all the rooms with 2 queens were gone, so we got one with 1 king. They offered a cot which I took, but sleeping on a cot was not what I had in mind. Plus, they put us in an accessible room which is fine in itself but the shower head was a very low handheld, so we couldn't have a proper shower.

The hotel staff were friendly and excellent. The front desk staff rearranged our rooms so our family occupying five rooms could be next to each other. The breakfast was very good and the eating area large and bright. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. The manager was in the lobby numerous times interacting with guests and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
