The rooms are comfortable and clean. Our stay was very quiet all three nights. My only disappointment is how many people from the condos behind the hotel come and use the pool. Paying guest could not get a lounger or chair as they were all taken by people with many children walking over from condos and coming in through the gates. We watched it over and over. At one point as they all left, the pool was empty finally. They tended to stay for hours. Two families had play pens, strollers, fast food containers, and ice chest. There is a sign that says the pool is for registered hotel guest. The hotel needs to enforce that.
Overall, the hotel is nice and located in a great location for our needs. We will stay there again but we will not plan on using the pool.

Booked 2+ weeks ahead via 3rd party 1st time ever. Was told my double queen room was not available because 3rd party CO's do not verify room types are available. Was then told I would get a king suite that would have a pull out. It was just a king no pull out. Desk staff acted surprised when I told her there was no pull out.

In northeast Oklahoma, Broken Arrow is nestled between the Great Plains and Ozark Mountains. Ranked the state’s third-largest in industrial concentration, it was named one of 10 Best Towns for Families in 2008. The city's vegetation, hills, and lakes set it in the “Green Country” region, earning it a National Arbor Day Foundation Tree City USA honor since 2001.
