A diamond ring fell from my purse onto the bed and I did not notice this happened. When I returned at the end of the day the bed was made and the ring was on the night table. I spoke with housekeeping the day we departed and ask who serviced our room. The lady immediately stated that she did. I said you found the ring? She said yes and I left it on the table for you. I am so very appreciative of finding the ring but most of all her honesty. There are still honest people in the world and one of them is at the Salisbury! Bless you.

Great stay for our family's trip to NYC. They allowed us early check in and even if we couldn't have checked in they would have taken care of our luggage in a secure area. There is convenient parking available below the hotel by a third party, but very accommodating. Rooms were large for NYC rooms. Just a little out dated, but overall very nice. Quick walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza and many places on Broadway.

Great location, not the most polished hotel in the city but our room had a great view. It was clean and tidy but we had booked 1 room for 4 adults and assumed it would be king beds but they were queen so we had to buy another room. The concierge staff were amazing, they knew everything you need to know... and we worked them hard. The bell boys and hall staff were very friendly and funny. In fact New York as a whole turned out to be one of the friendliest city’s I’ve ever been to.
