We got in late and the lady at check in was super nice and was very helpful. Room was good, had plenty of towels and didn’t smell of smoke, since there are smoking rooms. Breakfast was super quick, which is what we needed, only wish was that they had juice.

When we arrived we were told my mother couldn't use the bathroom, since the water was off, they had a leak. So we had to get the room card and my mother had an accident because they wouldn't let her use the bathroom. So that was no good!!!!! However the water was off what was the difference if she went to the bathroom downstairs verses her room. That wasn't good. However moving forward the room was nice, beds comfortable, plenty of hot water. The exercise room sufficient. The free breakfast is always a plus.

I travel for business and Red Roof is a part of my travel package. I picked them instead of the usual chain hotels I used in the past due to lower cost and the curiosity in this rural neighborhood. Everything from environment, neighborhood, building, room comfort, cleanliness, to breakfast are basic and meet the minimum requirements, so I guess if cost is a concern or you want to try something different, this could be a good choice. The usual room basic accommodation like lotion is lacking. I did not bring my own because I never imagine it is needed. I always just use what hotel provides to keep my luggage light. This is particular hard in dry winter. Business center does not have printer. It is obvious they want to keep cost down.
