The Rothbury hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all attractions and across the street from the central station for airport connections.
The room I stayed in was a little tiered in respect to the decor and the air conditioning system was loud.
Breakfast was included, but was a basket with cereals and bread delivered to your room.
I would still return to this hotel appartment.

Was pleasantly surprised how nice my room 1408 was for the very reasonable price I paid on Expedia, freshly
renovated with great views over the city. Safe and clean Hotel and the Nest Restaurant was charming.

We enjoyed a two night stay here in an Executive Room as we wanted a balcony to view the Riverfire Event.
I liaised with Sarah Jane via email prior to our stay, always received prompt responses and nothing was too much.
Positives for the hotel -
Room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable bedding.
Supplies were topped up daily.
We were given a great room as requested.
I had researched and read many reviews prior to arrival and made arrangements for the cheese/wine platter.
Unfortunately the turn down service did not happen either night, as my sister was not aware of this service I was hoping it would be a pleasant surprise to come back to after dinner out Friday night but no such luck.
Our platter had not even been collected from outside our room and I noticed at least one other room with plates outside too.
I also had to ring to request an extra blanket as we were only given one and we had twin beds, so I then asked re the chocolates for the turn down service which were then delivered with the blanket.
Also I had pre arranged the cheese / wine platter for my check in, my sister checked in about an hour prior to my arrival therefore there was ample time for it to be delivered as I really wanted this there for my arrival after my drive however again this did not happen and I had to follow up.
So overall it was a pleasant stay, however unsure if I would return again.
