Stayed in a lovely bay-windowed sea-view room.
Hotel looks a little tired on the outside and the room was a bit dated, but large & clean.
Staff very welcoming & helpful. Good bar & breakfast.
Overall a good stay in great location.

the hotel is good for a short stay but personally I would not stay there for a longer holiday. the hotel is very siitable for younger people. We directly stayed opposite the tesco and offices which were just
opposite the street. We should have asked to be moved to a different side for f a hotel as there were no curtains to protect from onlookers. Protections were provided by blunds but they took all the london ght away.! Inwould suggest curtains for this situation because most people appreciate day light. The receptionist was really eager to help us with information about a cycle tour we wanted to make and even tri d to phone the tour operator. Nevertheless we asked for the address and ended up at the private address at the tour operator. Local knowledge of the receptionists would have been nice. breakfast choices was not big but very good quality which we really appreciated. Fresh orange juice, joghurt in glass jars, nice egg station with timers, good quality butter etc... and quite a good location.

I really liked this hotel. It was very clean, stylish, and the staff were very responsive. It's a hopping place, Brighton is --- lots of young and partying people with some money to spend and this hotel attracts them. Don't book here if you want a quiet, peaceful, noise-free stay! EXCELLENT SPA FACILITIES!!! EXCELLENT RESTAURANT.

On the south English coast, Brighton is a popular beach destination, especially with Londoners as the train ride between the two cities is less than an hour. The seafront has bars, restaurants, nightclub,s and amusement arcades, as well as two old-fashioned piers. Brighton hosts the Brighton Festival each May, which is the UK's second-largest arts festival.
