"Nice hotel, I felt safe while I was staying here. "
The front desk service was quick to assist us when we came in and I instantly felt welcomed by the design of the front lobby. Everything felt very welcoming and comfortable. Getting to the elevators was a little confusing, but nothing to write home about. We did have some issues with the door being jammed when we tried to get in our room and the room was a bit stuffy (from humidity I think). The bathrooms were clean and the beds were clean which is always important and I felt safe the entire time I was there.

Found a great deal on Expedia for one night while traveling through on business. The hotel complex was very clean and appealing. Was able to get coffee at 6am in the front office. (had to wait a few minutes, I thought it was 24/7) The bathroom has some plumbing issues. The plug for the sink was inoperable, the toilet kept flushing and there was NO HOT WATER FOR THE SHOWER! That was a real problem. The bed and pillows were OK.

The room was spacious and kitchen was well appointed with refrigerator/freezer including an ice maker, microwave, hard-surface counters and plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery. The room was generally clean with the exception of a long hair in the shower and absolutely no soap, shampoo, etc. The most important comfort item to me is the bed. And this one was up to there with the best. Very comfortable! This is my second stay at this hotel and while it lacks a "WOW" factor, I have been thoroughly satisfied both times with both comfort and value. And being able to walk next door to enjoy cocktails, live music and delicious food at Bahama Breeze is a bonus!

The bed wasn't that comfortable, we had a king size standard. No fridge or coffee pot. Room was ok, some rust and spots in the bathroom. The plus was its only a 20 min walk to the Ampitheatre, Winghouse and gas station right out front and Five Guys a few blocks away. Would use again if attending event at Ampitheatre. Just for the night.

"This place was close to Ybor and the Fairgrounds!"
We had a blast. I saw Incubus live at the MidFlorida Amphitheater one weekend I stayed here earlier this year, and then recently last weekend went to 311 live at The Cuban Club in Ybor with my son (which is amazing plz check out Ybor City while you are here) and had a blast and great stay at this Inn both times...! It's budget so don't expect The Hilton, but if you're trying to visit Historic Tampa and have a safe fun time close to everything I would recommend this place...! Thanks Motel 6 for leaving the light on, I'll be back for another stay!

Brandon is a residential suburb that lies east of downtown. Nearby, blue-ribbon agriculture is on display annually at the Florida State Fairgrounds. South of Brandon in Apollo Beach, manatees flock by a waterside power plant when the water temperature cools. The aquatic mammals are best seen at Tampa Electric’s Manatee Viewing Center, which is also a haven for butterflies and birds.
