The hotel was lovely ,the room was spotlessly clean .The reception staff could do with some customer training .
not very helpful not well informed about things or they just cannot be bothered to pass information on .You have to pay extra for parking but be warned ask for your twenty percent discount for the car park ,you must pay every time you take your car out of the park shame about this .

I have stayed in Village hotels before and never had problems before however on this occasion the room we were in had a high pitched squeak that happened whenever another room on the floor closed the door. This wasn't a problem during the night however the morning was dreadful. The air conditioning did not work either this was reported but as the hotel was full we couldn't relocate but were provided with a fan. I would stay at the village again but it was a bit disappointing this time.

Overall the hotel is lovely we have stayed once before. My only gripe this visit was the beds on our floor were very creaky. We could hear both beds in the rooms either side of ours. Ours to creaked. Other than that the hotel is great we will be back again

"Beuaitufl hotel two minute walk from Leeds Trinity"
I booked the Malmaison because I had work to do in Leeds and got a good deal on room rates. The staff are wonderful and the rooms themselves are beautiful however the beds are like slabs of concrete - for such a large hotel chain you would at least expect comfortable beds.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel just for 1 night when we came for slamdunk festival! The hotel was gorgeous and the giant bed was so comfy we snoozed our alarms until 10.45 for our 11am checkout. In favour of being in that bed linger than putting on makeup...or looking presentable! We would definitely stay here again when we come to leeds and would recommend it to anyone!

Home to half a million people, Bradford used to be part of the heart of Britain's heavy industry. Nowadays, it is an emerging tourist destination and home to the National Media Museum, Cartwright Hall, and Saltaire. The latter, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a Victorian era model village and a so-called anchor point of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
