This hotel was lovely. Clean, contemporary, quiet and comfortable. The conference center and hotel are on the campus of a college that specializes in educating students that are deaf. One of the only colleges of its kind. The college has been in existence since the late 1800's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also run a free shuttle from the hotel to Union Station which gets you close to the mall without having to pay for transportation.

Hotel was in a great location for dining and shopping. Front desk (one black man - I am black too) was not friendly nor showed in care for guests. Had to wait for taxi that was called for us by staff that never came. The rest of the staff was responsive and helpful.
