"NICE HOTEL"
Staying in a number of recent hotels in the UK, this one stood out above the rest for having all the requirements I prefer: cleanliness, good staff, quiet room, and good food all at a great rate. The shower is better than the one in my home. My room was small but very comfortable. A person who has no experience with tech gadgets my be a little lost with all the options available with a push of a button but I'm sure the staff would help answer any questions. I will stay there again the next time I'm in town.

"Excellent aparthotel"
Stayed at the Adagio Birmingham for twelve nights recently while my husband was in hospital. It was clean and convenient with a bus to the hospital leaving from just outside. I found the cooking facilities in the room and the laundry room very useful for such a lengthy stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Carmen, who could not have been nicer.

"Perfect location by day, not so great at night"
I booked this hotel just on price, location and free car parking. Couldn't beat it anywhere. Location was amazing with just a 10 minute walk to the Bull Ring. On arrival we were greated by a very friendly gent who showed us around the maze of rooms and corridors - all olde-worldly, wibbly wobbly walls and floors. Room itself was so old and ghostly but cool, clean and had everything you needed (except a shower; bath was lovely though). Enjoyed a very nice choice of ales on return from a fun day shopping. Didn't eat, but lots were and the food being served looked nice and wasn't expensive at all. Was a bit too hungover for breakfast which was annoying - silly me. For all these reasons I would recommend this hotel except... Due to the location and the poor conditions of the very very old building and windows, the noise at night was the worst I have experienced. Even all the cocktails from our evening out didn't knock me and my girlfriend out enough to sleep through the noise of the revellers outside and the traffic. Almost no sleep at all. I write a lot of reviews and this is the first time I've ever had to mention the noise at night and I would think twice about staying here again which is a real shame and it's a great place all round apart from this issue. Oh, and we did experience a very eerie 15 seconds of paranormal activity when the cupboard door, which was closed tightly, decided to open slowly all by itself. Spooky.

"Good for a couple of days, take slippers."
Otherwise good room spoilt by dirty carpet. Clearly food stains. The response from the management was that they were updating the rooms and replacing the carpets. BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT. Ibis uses good quality short pile carpet like you might put in a kitchen or bathroom. Very easy to clean by hand and complete simplicity if you have a carpet cleaner on site, takes about 10 mins. So what the management are really saying is that they cannot be bothered to clean rooms properly between guests or clear up when then has been an accident.

Bordesley is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Bordesley, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Bordesley hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
