This was an enjoyable hotel with cool history and atmosphere... not a chain, a quaint historic hotel in a great location. It was perfect for a weekend trip to the area and the location was great to access the Bike trail, downtown, and near to Arrow Rock. We dined and visited Arrow Rock. We enjoyed! I would go back and stay again! I would like to do a portion of the Katy Trail and stay at the hotel. Thank you, Hotel Frederick!

We were right by Hwy 70 and 63 but we heard no noise. There was also some heavy duty construction going on that made exiting the hotel a little vexing but that will go away in time. We had great selection of TV channels. The pillows and beds were the most comfortable we've experienced in a hotel. Sad that we did not get to experience the swimming pool. It looked inviting! Even though we were in a non-smoking room, someone on a prior visit must have smoked in the bathroom. If we kept the door open, it was unnoticeable.
