Only stayed for a night (wish it had of been longer). Arrived late and got caught out by no room service after 22:30, bit disappointing given one of the trains arrives after ten into Bergen. However, the check in was quick and efficient and the room was great.

We cannot rate the staff high enough excellent doesn't even come close. My husband suffered an accident and the whole team( one young man in particular) went beyond the call of duty to be there for us.
The food and facilities were top notch too!
Unfortunately, free evening meal under the 'Clarion Collection' banner is ending which is a shame as this was a great help with the cost as it can be expensive.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I was on 4th floor and it was very quite there, so like some of other customers, I didn't had any noise problem. Everything was simple and fine (including breakfast). I like the location because lot of things were on walking distance like harbor, tourist information centre, museums and castle. Shops, cafes, restaurants (Mcdonalds/Subway/pizza/donner) and supermarkets were also 10/15 mins walking distance. Over all I will rate this hotel as simple with convenient location and most important with affordable price.

It is also home to one of Europe's largest ports and is a popular port-of-call with visitors on cruise ships who flock to Norway to see the country's famous fjords. In addition to a bustling city centre with interesting shops and architecture, Bergen is also home to the country's largest mall, Lagune Storsenter.
