We stayed with our 3 kids. The airport has hotel offices where you go get the shuttle, runs every half hour. The hotel is great, the staff is super friendly and very helpful, location is not to walk around outside but we didn't mind. We didn't get the chance to try the breakfast but the restaurant area looked very nice. Overall the hotel is very good for one or more days stay, we will definitely stay there again.

Did not spend much time here since I was flying the next day and I just needed to it for one night !..but to my surprise even if the taxi driver never heard of it, once I arrive was very impress with it ....the location is not the greatest, but not the worst, as per hotel staff there are seems to be pretty safe, well I didn't have the time to explore, I arrived late night and was leaving very early morning. The rooms are pretty small but ok to just have a sleep and love the bathroom, very nice and clean!...We got there around 9 pm and were starving, so we were very happy that they did have a restaurant that serve dinner...We order a burger, (kind of a little tired of the tacos and tortillas) and wow! the burger was delicious and the service was great at the restaurant....My only complain is 2 things, I needed to wash my hair but, there was no blow dryer in the bathroom! not happy about this and the other was no iron, if you needed to iron something. Those are a must in a room for me!

All the members of the hotel staff, from the driver (free airport shuttle) who picked us up from the airport at 2am to the receptionist and restaurant staff, who were great, really friendly and helpful. We had booked a double room, but when we arrived at 2am, our flight having been delayed by 3 hours, we were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing. The massive bed was one of the comfiest of our long trip, with crisp white bedding and a comforter. Bliss. There was even an exercise bike in the little area between the bedroom and the bathroom. Downstairs we had a huge sofa and TV's both upstairs and downstairs. There was free water, too. The shower was fantastic and there were good quality toiletries and a little sewing kit! The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and, though it seemed a little pricey at 149 pesos, it was plentiful. The eggs were cooked to order, in any style requested. Such a shame we were staying only one night and had to leave early for our next flight, so did not have the opportunity to languish in our suite. The only, minor point was that there was some traffic noise at night, as the hotel is located right next to the highway, but not too bad. Highly recommended.

Pocket Guide: Mexico City Benito Juarez International Airport Hotels
Mexico City Airport was renamed Benito Juarez International Airport in 2006, after one of Mexico’s most beloved Presidents. Benito Juarez, the first indigenous President of Mexico, served five terms in the 19th century. The airport, Mexico’s largest, is just east of the Centro Historico. San Juan de Aragon Zoo, with its tropical habitat and jaguar exhibit, is directly to the north.
