This is the 3 rd property we stayed in a week and let me tell you they saved the best for last. Check in was smooth and we even checked in late, room was clean and they even accommodated the extra person with towels withiut even a request. Breakfast was pre viewd in the boatd downstairs the days before (a weeks menu in advance) and the swimming pool and hot tub were very clean.

Great hotel for family trip to Sandbanks.

Fourth time at this hotel for our Sandbanks vacations and we’re always very happy there. Great service, kids love the breakfast (Viva the waffles) and the pool, room is super clean and comfortable. We often recommend this hotel to our friends. My ecological-conscious side is where I’m a little bit tickled: compost option would be great and replacing the plastic and paper dishes at breakfast for reusable ones would make a great difference. I strongly appreciate the EV charger but since there is only one, it is sometimes an issue if it’s occupied. That being said, great experience and we’ll go back again on our next trip.
