Stayed here. If you like doors slamming, like you are in prison, then book here. If you like towels stacked above the toilet, so that when the toilet is flushed, particles from the force of the flush land on towels, then book here. If you like old blood stains on bed sheets, then book here. If you like the noise and sound of bottles being emptied into recycling at 7 am, then book here. I don't like complaining like this, but the facts are the facts. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Give them 5/5 for customer service. Also, they have security at night, so that is great. In saying that, the front door of the hotel is thirty feet from the front door of a pub.

Not a great choice. The room had spiders and no air conditioning, which made it nearly impossible to sleep in the heat. I usually give hotels and their reviews the benefit of the doubt, but this time I really wish I hadn’t. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else!

The hotel was decent for the price. The staff was friendly. It was convenient to where we needed to be, easy to find and walkable location. Convenient to the bus station and our tour locations.

Old and worn

The room was not worth the price charged. For us Canadians about $400.00 a night for a room worth no more than $150.00 tops. Old and worn in desperate need of a revamp.

Great location, lovely team. Hotel needs a significant refurbishment. The rooms are shabby and worn. Chucks out of the skirting board, peeling and gaps around the bath. Clean but old.
