"Centrally located, great bar/restaurant in hotel."
Wonderful staff, location is great. Easy to get taxi's to and from. Second entrance is from a walking street with restaurants and pubs very close. Staff is great, bar and restaurant just down stairs. Rooms are stylish and comfy. Highly reccommend.

Stayed there to catch up with friends in Belfast for a weekend. My stay was very pleasant. The staff were amazing, and the room was spacious. It was centrally located. The only drawback was that the sink in the first room I was in, did not drain the water properly.

The Malmaison is ideally located for getting around Belfast, its pretty much on the bus route from the airport, so getting to and from there is easy. They shopping zone is just around the corner from the hotel and is very easy to get around. There are so many food choices in the local area as well, youll be hard pressed to decide on what you want.
All in all, it was a great stay at the Malmasion, and the staff really were helpful and friendly.

Minor problems - 2 lightbulbs needed to be replaced on the first night, plus the battery in the wallsafe lock.
And on the last night, there was a problem with a gas pipe, and there was hammering on the pipes until after midnight.
The offer of moving rooms was not appreciated at that time, but they did cancel all the extras on our bill the next morning.

Family room consisted of one double bed and one small double sofa bed - 2 single's would be better for family of 4.
Lovely Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
Good location for bus station and 10-15 min walk to many of the city's attractions.
We did not book breakfast as £9 each and we had breakfast on the go, we would have paid £27 for 4 Breakfasts (usually eldest gets free breakfast too but not here - just turned 13)
Bar area was nice and appeared reasonably priced. Did not use restaurant as we ate around the city.
Would use again if only Adults but not for a family trip.

the location could not get any better or convenient. From the George Best airport, take the 600 bus to Europa city centre bus station (3 pound 80 pence round trip). once you get off at the bus station, just walk across the street and around the corner from the crown bar hotel and you will see it. just 2 blocks from City Hall and easy access to all other areas of central Belfast. The staff here are lovely. Everyone I encountered at the front desk were friendly and cheerful and greeted you with a smile. The elevators were fast and efficient. The room was a good size for a European hotel. The hallways smelled fresh. The hallways are well-lit and are energy efficient motion-sensored. Housekeeping friendly and did a great job(special kudos to Diana, my housekeeping staff assigned to my room during the week). The restaurant Acton & Sons just outside the door serves great meals(ate there twice for lunch and dinner but they also serve breakfast). Rooms were clean, bright(I was street side), stocked daily with coffee/tea, and fresh towels. Towels are big and hand towels also. No washclothes, as in many European budget hotels. There is a little walkthrough, bicycle motorbike parking station right outside that is clean, well-lit, and if you are a smoker, is a good place to have a smoke. For a budget hotel, they do a great job.If you want bells and whistles, look elsewhere. completely satisfied my needs.

Pocket Guide: Belfast City Centre Belfast Central District Hotels
Belfast’s central district seems to reflect the city’s storied past and optimistic future. Historic structures like City Hall and St. George’s Market mix together with modern shopping centers, hotels, and concert halls. Northern Ireland’s most well-known pubs are here; perfect for ending the day with a pint after exploring the area on foot.
