The Hilton let me down this time. The elevator to the parking garage was not working. Causing multiple trips down a flight of stairs around to the parking garage elevator and up. Parking garage was odd. There was not a direct elevator that we could find from the parking garage to the hotel. We constantly had to take an elevator to the garage level and get off that elevator and get on another elevator to go up to where we were parked.

I call specifically about perfumes in the hotel. I was told no perfumes. I called the day before about the room not having perfumes. Arrived and the whole 1st floor smelled not a little but a lot of perfume. Worst I ha e run into. The room had perfumed soaps which made the room bad. I did not appreciate not being told when I called to ask. Would not stay again.
