"Can do better"
Its the little things that let this hotel down, for example two of the three showers in the mens changing room next to the gym weren't working, ran out of towels three days running... no excuse for that. Most of the staff want to please but some don't seem to understand what good service is. I couldn't understand why so few people used the upstairs bar area until I sat in a number of seats and they are so uncomfortable its not possible to stay, I think it was a case of style over substance. Such a shame because the location is good and all of the components were there, just not all hooked up together.

"Upper scale resort"
We were greeted by almost everyone including the manager, very friendly environment, many little things that made this a top notch resort like Orchids in room, your own cooler with water on beach, afternoon tea on beach, many very comfortable lounges and cabanas, gardens and landscaping were meticulous. Spa services were enjoyable as well. Very clean overall, food was expensive but high quality, full menu with many choices for breakfast (included in room fee) . Library was very nice and good selection of things to borrow to read on beach. ALWAYS someone available to help you with reservations, ideas, etc It was really a very enjoyable and memorable trip and will almost certainly return, maybe this time with the kids!

Amazing beach near the hotel. The hotel room I stayed in was old but clean. Food was good and drinks are strong. Nice getaway for us.

"Good value"
I have stayed here twice. If you are looking for a modern high end hotel this is not the place. It's more like an old shoe, a bit worn but very comfortable. Only the bedrooms have a/c and those are noisy window units. The bathroom, kitchen and small living area are not and can be uncomfortably warm. The price reflects this so overall it's a great deal. The attached restaurant and bar are very popular and the food excellent.

"Beautiful private cottages with exceptional views"
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. What I liked most was the location, views, scenery. There are only on average 57 couples staying here so it was never over-crowded. The food was very good for an all-inclusive. The drinks were weak, but I expected that. What I didn't like about this report is that the beach is public, so all the local residents on the weekend took over the entire beach. Hundreds of loud obnoxious kids were screaming and causing chaos. The staff was very courteous and even alarmed the guests to hide their personal belongings if they go in the water. After an hour we decided to stay in the resort pool just to escape the noise. The staff was very wasn't and helpful. If you're looking for quiet, small, beautiful scenery and a nice getaway, then I recommend this resort. Just be mindful of the weekends when the beach becomes over-crowded with local residents.

"My stay at Antigua Vikkage"
It was a warm and relaxing experience, the staff was friendly and attentive and most important honest. I left my 3 carat diamond in the bathroom and remembers when I was at the airport. When I called the hotel I was told it was found by the rm attendant and turned in. I was able to retrieve it before leaving the Island. Happily! I might add.

Antigua and Barbuda is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Antigua and Barbuda, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Antigua and Barbuda hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
