The walkability from the hotel to Disneyland is fantastic. The water temperature in the bathroom was terrible. We had to run the sink faucet at the same time as the shower to get hot water that would random turn cold every 5 mins.

Worst hotel ever 😪

When i arrived they had no water , i got water till 7pm which they said will be back on at 4pm . The next day same problem no water till 6pm got shut off at 11am. Housekeeping was slow 🐌 i ordered Housekeeping they came 4 hours later. The bathroom was not too clean either. Someone people where next to my room where loud banging on my walll of the room. Overall worst hotel i ever stayed at. Never again

Quick 10 minute walk to the parks for a good deal. Walgreens and CVS right outside with tons of food options nearby. Rooms can be a little bit on the older side but are overall big, comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Well priced, excellent location and great staff. Some amenities were being renovated, but they had made accommodations with hotels next door and across the road to compensate. In the end that’s all you can ask for. Would happily stay again :)

The hotel is under construction, so we staying in the further tower. The hotel does need some updates, but for the price it’s a comfortable stay. Conveniently located to Disneyland, and the staff here is always friendly. I’ve stayed here many times, and will probably continue to do so.

Fantastic stay again at Hotel Lulu as returning customers. Enjoyed around the pool. Convenient to get to Disneyland within walking distance. Range of stores/ food spots nearby too!

Cute hotel with a robot, but beware

The first room they gave us had a window to a literal wall so we requested another room as it felt very claustrophobic. Water during our stay was shut off regularly which was very inconvenient, especially since it was pretty hot during our stay. The first day they told us the water would be off until 4pm, and it didn't come back until 8pm. After, they said it would be shut off every day from 11am - 5pm until the issue was 'fixed.'

I called prior to booking and asked if there was a fee to leave car parked at the hotel. The lady on the phone said there was no charge for parking and when I check in the lady at the front desk is charging me $35 for parking. I get to my room and shower and there are pieces of hair already on the tub before I even got in the shower. I get a tower and there’s a brown stain on it. The sheets do not smell clean. Overall not a pleasant stay I will not be returning.

I had an excellent experience at the Hotel Lulu. The check in process was very quick and easy, the staff were very helpful and nice and the room itself was clean and updated! As someone who travels to the area frequently I will be coming back to the Hotel Lulu.
