Not vacuumed, except in the main pathways, so our one-year-old picked up the dirt and plastic pieces all the time. We asked it to be cleaned, but again, it was not vacuumed properly. We dusted off the furniture ourselves, it was obviously not cleaned properly for a long time. The staff was nice and tried to help, but couldn't. Furniture was damaged, the toilet lid reeked of old plastic... ultimately just not worth the price to stay here.

We had two stays one pre cruise one post cruise. We were confused on the a/c the first stay, thought it was just a fan. Found out on second stay it was a/c. We could have been over tired and totally misunderstood. But it does have a/c. Also, first stay we had tub/shower and second shower only. Being senior citizens with mobility issues need to check on this better. Or it would be good to ask about that when booking

Great hotel A couple of issues. No towels in room. When i told front desk man delivered 2 hand towels. I found cart and helped myself to bath towels. Phone didn't work. Man came up and fixed quickly. Someone had changed cords.

Lovely hotel to stay at. But its the staff that make it exceptional. Always friendly and helpful, ensuring you are okay and have everything you need. I had a problem with the bath drain and called guest services, within 2 minutes someone arrived to fix it.Thank you!
