"Great hotel for Red Sox fans!"
Conveniently located, if you plan to attend ballgames while in Boston (we attended 3) this hotel is most definitely for you! A short walk to the ballpark for the games you see in person and a great view of the ballpark for if you need to catch the game from your room! Hotel staff was accommodating, helpful, and always kind. Rooms were always cleaned even when we left the room at off times, spacious facilities, and room service was outstanding. With excellent restaurants surrounding it, Starbucks and Dunkin literally a few steps away, and the Train just below it, this hotel couldn't have been anymore what we needed for our trip to see Boston and the Red Sox!

"Great experience but average standard breakfast"
The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. Overall I liked almost everything. The only detail that disappointed me was the standard breakfast. I know that a continental breakfast in not included but the choices were pretty poor compare the class of the Hotel. Rooms are very clean, bed comfortable and staff really friendly and prepared. I will be back for sure. Loved the location and the internal courtyard.

"Good could have been great though. "
I was told at front desk that wifi was not free in hotel rooms and only in lobby. Only to find that at check out wifi was free in rooms. They only reason I mention it is because most hotels offer free wifi.

"Close to downtown Boston"
I have stayed at this hotel two times. It is in downtown, close to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing. Friendly staff. Small hotel rooms, but it is in downtown, so didnt mind. Tricky with parking though. I parked at the shopping mall just opposite the hotel, like $33 for 24 hrs. but overall happy with the hotel, and would stay there again.

"Nice hotel right off the highway"
Pleasant front desk staff, quiet place, big room! The faucet leaked and the smoke detector was pulled off the ceiling, but staff didn't know that, and it didn't ruin our one-night stay.

"Very nice hotel (small room)"
This place almost has it all. The people are great. They don't take tips. They bring your bags and all! With all the great amenities, why no hot tub? The steam room is a great addition. The room is great except it is cramped. We have 2 kids and the double beds almost felt like singles. This is a very nice hotel, otherwise. Everything has a very new feel.

"Great location"
Our stay at the Harborside Inn was fine, but not outstanding. The lighting in the room was not great, with hard-to-control lamps on each side of the bed. Also, there were old-fashioned mini-blinds on the windows; blackout shades or curtains would be preferable. The location was excellent -- close to the wharf, Quincy Market, the T (subway) and lots of shopping, there weren't a lot of restaurant choices in the immediate area. The lobby is nice, although we were surprised to see a mouse scamper by us while we were sitting there! There are several computers and a printer for guests' use, and free WiFi throughout the hotel.

Allston is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Allston, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Allston hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
