I have stay with this hotel five times and overall it is managed to a high standard. This time the breakfast service was slightly slower, the Jamón was a little on the fatty side and the fresh fruit didn't appear so fresh. Apart from that, you will find staff are attentive and you'll get everything you need.

Loved the apartment. The pool was a good size, well maintained. The on site shop was very small, lacked goods and was over priced. The restaurant was pretty poor. Local bus service into Alicante was about 15 minutes away and very reliable. Shops, restaurants etc in Alicante. Nothing surrounding the apartment - no where to eat or drink except the on site shop/restaurant.

Hotel is not close to the beach, its a 15-20 minute walk through town. It is close to the Tram station and there's a supermarket just down the road. The bus to/from the airport stops across the street which makes a big difference.
Pubs and cafe's are a short walk away and there are lots of them!!

Hotel was good. We went in May which was out of season so not a lot was open. Breakfast was good and often had lunch or dinner which was good too. Staff were friendly. Room was ok except we had a hard bed we asked for a mattress topper but do not think the hotel understood us. Shame but guess a bed depends on each individual. Tram is only few mins away and cheap to get to Alicante. Taxi from airport was €35 to €40.

Found hotel staff friendly and efficient.
Room was clean and tidy except shower head was faulty.
No English channels on sat tv.
Pool loungers etc showing wear.
No hot breakfast items available i.e. Bacon, sausage or eggs.
€10 Euro a night for hotel parking which to me seems very cheeky when paying to stay there.
Having said all the above would stay again.
Oh and soundproofing? Can here room above clip to clop etc.

The provincial capital, Alicante is a bustling city with an excellent beach, a new marina, buzzing nightlife, and an atmospheric old quarter. High above the port, the Castillo de Santa Barbara looks down into the Barrio Santa Cruz, a picturesque warren of whitewashed streets, its little houses with window grills and geraniums, reminiscent of Andalusia. This is the heart of the city’s nightlife, full of hole-in-the-wall bars and clubs.
