Our room was quite comfortable, and the staff were very nice and helpful (we weren't familiar with the DC area, and they helped by making suggestions for travel routes, etc.). The Extended Stay on Eisenhower Ave is within walking distance of WAMATA stops for bus & train travel, making heading into DC for the day easy. Would definitely recommend.

The lobby was being renovated but the stay was nice. Great customer service. Room was clean and temp control was good. TV and appliances worked well. The remote control button to channel "up" was broken but scrolling using "down" worked fine. Overall comfortable stay with decent breakfast in the morning.

We had to take a business trip with the kids. The hotel staff were very friendly. The heat in our room stopped working and they switched us to a different room with no headache; they also gave us breakfast vouchers for the trouble. Great staff, location is close to the airport but far enough that you're in a town & not directly across from the airport which is great because you don't see or hear the planes. Room is quiet and clean with TV and WiFi in the room, extensive free parking available. For the price, this is an excellent find. If I fly into DCA Airport again, this will be the hotel I use.

The hotel itself was nice and clean but the front desk staff was a little illiterate. I was quoted one price online but was given a $250 higher price when I arrived. I opted to pay cash for the room because I knew there was not enough on my card to cover everything. It took her 20 mins to count the money and run my card for the rest, which was parking and incidentals. After taking all of that time, I was finally given the keys and my room. When we got back to the room from our event and dinner, my keys had been deactivated for my room. I went down to the front desk to see what the problem was only to find out that we're showing that they had not secured the fees. After proving that they had taken the money from my account, the clerk wanted me to use the ATM in the lobby and get the money(that they had already taken) and pay cash for parking and incidentals. I refused and he gave me keys to get in my room and stated I would not be able to get in or out of the parking deck for the remainder of my visit. Needless to say I am back home and was able to park in the deck and get out for the next two days. Please train your staff on what good customer service is and let your customers know up front what how the charges need to be handled.
