Staff treats you like the guest you are. Breakfast was great. It had the variety and favorites you like, but actually had “hot “ food items. We have stayed here before and were told we are working on improvements. They did deliver on that promise.

This property has always been my preferred place to stay on my frequent business trips to the area. However, usually my stays are a single night. Recently I booked a room for four nights. Their signs say they don't provide housekeeping unless you specially request it during your stay. I'm fine with them not washing linens, but the small trash cans and no coffee refills were a bit of a challenge. Yes, they have coffee in the morning, but I do like the coffee maker when working late at night. There was also an envelope to tip the housekeeper, who did nothing except clean the rooms between guests. It seemed a bit inappropriate. I could have called for housekeeping, but decided to buy large trash bags at Walmart and choose somewhere else for longer stays.

I had booked 3 rooms and called after booking requesting 2 of the rooms have connecting doors. Upon checkin I asked if two were connecting and she said yes very uncertainly. None of them were. One had a door connecting to someone unrelated to our party and the other two were on opposite sides of the hallway at the way other end with a room in between. Due to the sink being in an open space, this was an inconvenience as we had a young toddler needing to nap while the parent were getting ready.
