Cant fault the overall hotel experience, I emailed to ask for a room away from the road and that's exactly what we got which was great. Location was great we liked the fact we were away from the hustle and bustle.
Staff were amazing, very friendly and polite everywhere. So many staff we never had to wait for service which was great. Food was very good every minute of the day even with the small supplements which we wasn't expecting on things like ice creams and some food.
Pool was amazing so large there was plenty of room and best of all there was always plenty of beds despite the usual early morning people that wake to just lay a towel each morning....
The maris room did need a little attention, bathroom was fine room was just a little dated.

Hotel was nice with plenty of activities , situated on the beach, our room was quite small for 2 adults and one child! Buffet restaurant and food ok but gets quite busy and noisy, restaurants 5-10 minute walk, Alcudia port 3 miles away with lots of restaurants but needed to catch bus (4 euros for 3 people) bus stop directly outside hotel or taxi for approx 12 euros.

This hotel is perfectly situated on the 7km white sand beach near to beach bars and restaurants and close to the harbour with more bars and restaurants.
Our stay was very relaxing with very good poolside area and a heated outdoor pool with free cava not too far away!
Rooms were clean and well serviced, staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was very good indeed and there was entertainment in the evening in the lounge bar.

We have just returned from a week here and have had a fabulous time.We stayed in a studio apartment which was a reasonable size and adequate for a family with 2 small children. It was very clean and had all the basics. The only downside was that the bathroom had no ventilation and there was often a drainy smell in it. The swimming pool is fantastic and there are plenty of sunbeds, although towel blocking is a problem. We generally managed to get at least one sunbed at every visit to the pool. The kids club is superb, offering hour long sessions in the morning and afternoon and then evening entertainment. Our girls loved it and the entertainers were brilliant with them! A special thanks goes to Quinty!! We were self catering and didn't try get the restaurant. The Red Lion bar offers a basic food menu for a reasonable price. We would return here and recommend it as a good 3 star property!

"Nice hotel away from the centre of Port D'Alcudia."
excellent holiday made especially good by the friendliness of the staff in particular Fabricio on reception who assisted us in resolving a problem we had with the booking and the gentleman behind the bar (we did not get this as he did not wear a badge with his name ) who always made is very welcome in the bar without being "in your face"

Our two year daughter loved the baby swimming pool with its water slides and model squids. The other two pools were lovely - the only criticism being the sun loungers seemed to get 'booked' quite early. The animation and 'Mini Club' were great fun but seemed to be aimed at slightly older children. The hotel mascots, Starkey and Stella, were great but we found it annoying that each nights entertainment ended with a rather disorganised conga through the bar area - great for older kids but not suitable for 2 year olds.
The food was very, very good and great value if you choose to pay in advance. There was everything you could ever want for breakfast or lunch on offer including chocolate fondue and a million different cakes. On occasion the queuing meant the food was a little cold by the time you got to sit down but the quality was good enough not to worry too much.

We went to Mallorca from Miami with our 6 years old daughter and we had a great time. We spend some time in Madrid and then went to Palma, a 1 hour flight.
Excellent for kids, great pool and staff.
Great food, variety of local cruisene.
Note that Alcudia is located about an hour from the airport. It worth to rent a car.
The beach is nice but nothing like the Caribbean.
If you are single out a young couple looking for party this is not your place.

The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
