Lovely hotel but expensive if you aren't all inclusive. The buffet restaurant does a lovely breakfast with a huge amount of choice.
Rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are lovely and big and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly but slow to serve but seems to be the Spanish way! Hotel specialises in families especially if you have children under age of 10. There's no entertainment at night for adults, it's all centred around the kids but we were ok with that as we were out most evenings.

Had a great time at this hotel and recommend it. Hotel, facilities, food and beach access were great. Grounds are extensive, so you can always find a nice spot. No towels on sunbeds and three pools across the complex to choose from. Guests are mainly from Germany, so British visitors are in the minority. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices and good entertainment. We also found a great "chill out" beach bar just 5 minutes walk up the beach.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the gentleman at reception who processed our details quickly with the minimum of fuss. Welcomed us with a small glass of with a delicious, cool glass of sparkling wine, just right after a long hot journey.
Gave us our keys and bade us enjoy our stay.

Our two year daughter loved the baby swimming pool with its water slides and model squids. The other two pools were lovely - the only criticism being the sun loungers seemed to get 'booked' quite early. The animation and 'Mini Club' were great fun but seemed to be aimed at slightly older children. The hotel mascots, Starkey and Stella, were great but we found it annoying that each nights entertainment ended with a rather disorganised conga through the bar area - great for older kids but not suitable for 2 year olds.
The food was very, very good and great value if you choose to pay in advance. There was everything you could ever want for breakfast or lunch on offer including chocolate fondue and a million different cakes. On occasion the queuing meant the food was a little cold by the time you got to sit down but the quality was good enough not to worry too much.

This hotel is perfectly situated on the 7km white sand beach near to beach bars and restaurants and close to the harbour with more bars and restaurants.
Our stay was very relaxing with very good poolside area and a heated outdoor pool with free cava not too far away!
Rooms were clean and well serviced, staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was very good indeed and there was entertainment in the evening in the lounge bar.

Only fault really didn't relise the Royal terrace could have children in there .... The last few days were spoilt by screaming kids in a hot tub next door.... There are plenty of child friendly pools outside would suit of that floor was for adults only.... The views up there were perfect!! Will be back for sure !!

The hotel is lovely and the staff are brilliant. They made our stay very special - the kids were entertained really well by Joey and Junior in the kids club. Restaurant and reception staff went out of their way to meet our every need. Plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby and shit walk to the lovely beach. My only one small issue was the thin walls - you could hear neighbours clearly but apart from that faultless.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a relaxing holiday break in mid Jun after seeing other reviews and we wanted a 4 star hotel. We stayed in standard room which was ok. The room was basic and in my opinion a little disappointing for a 4 star. But the bathroom was nice with everything you would expect.
The only noise was from evening hotel activities and entertainment, which didn't bother us at all, but may affect those wanting to sleep early.
Hotel amenities - pools, bar, spa, entertainment were very good.
Pleasant atmosphere with mostly French and German visitors and few British visitors during our stay.
Breakfast was nice with variety of choices and friendly staff in the restaurant.

Stayed here for 5 nights in early October for a cycling holiday. We had a self catering room - a bed sofa and kitchenette. We kept our bikes in our room and wheeled through the reception with no problem. I think there was a bike store too. The spa was nice but too many families using it as the outdoor pool was too cold. That's the only real critiscm especially as the hotel promotes itself as cycling friendly and cyclists needing to use the spa to recover muscles. Used tennis court too n

The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
