Went with my son for a few days break. Excellent value for money and we upgraded to a Village Plus room. It was quiet, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The pillows are quite flat but there are spares if more height required! We slept really well and the room had a balcony with chairs etc. as well as drying rack were an added bonus. Good pool area and large Jacuzzi, plenty of sunbed space. We played tennis on 3 days and also walked into the wall town of Acudia which was lovely. We had a car and did trips out to Soller and close by saw amazing views at Cap Formentor and stunning beach at Formentor. Restaurant buffets incredibly extensive to suit all tastes and good quality. There are plenty of activities that can be booked as well as bus services which stop outside the resort if driving is not for you. Would fully recommend. There is a spa and gym for over 16s only and the hotel has lots of cyclists staying, very good for sport.

Great location near the beach. Hotel staff were attentive and kind. The food was really good, especially at the grill where the chef cooked anything you wanted to taste: he was brilliant! Main downside was our room was right next to the bar, so whenever there were evening functions/events on or if there was a football game on the big TV, then it was really loud until gone midnight (which when you wanted an early night was not good). Modest size room with nice bathroom. Would have been ince to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room though. All in all a nice stay.

Our two year daughter loved the baby swimming pool with its water slides and model squids. The other two pools were lovely - the only criticism being the sun loungers seemed to get 'booked' quite early. The animation and 'Mini Club' were great fun but seemed to be aimed at slightly older children. The hotel mascots, Starkey and Stella, were great but we found it annoying that each nights entertainment ended with a rather disorganised conga through the bar area - great for older kids but not suitable for 2 year olds.
The food was very, very good and great value if you choose to pay in advance. There was everything you could ever want for breakfast or lunch on offer including chocolate fondue and a million different cakes. On occasion the queuing meant the food was a little cold by the time you got to sit down but the quality was good enough not to worry too much.

"A wonderful week at this hotel, happy happy happy!"
We have just returned from a week staying at the Albufera Playa hotel. We were pleased with every single aspect of our visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were cleaned beautifully each day. The location of the hotel is excellent - right on the beach, in a nice quiet resort, which was perfect for us. We hired a car so were able to easily get to other places on the island. The food was amazing - such a great choice at breakfast and dinner - I had something different every day.

We had a nice welcome to the hotel with a glass of prosecco during registration. The room was very comfortable and clean, and had its own balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely food with a variety of dishes to choose from. However, this did not change much daily. There is a good bus service outside the hotel so you can go exploring and lots of restaurants for alternative dining. You can access the beach from the hotel, sunbathing, swimming or even building sand castles. In addition there was visible security around the resort as it is also family orientated

Our stay was very relaxing with very good poolside area and a heated outdoor pool with free cava not too far away!

The breakfast buffet was very good indeed and there was entertainment in the evening in the lounge bar.

As an introduction to Majorca we luckily chose this hotel. Our first two visits were relaxation and local exploring:we had everything we could possibly need. Balcony views and room facilities second to none. On our latest visit we hired a car and explored further afield, in the knowledge that we could be back at any time (24hr desk) and have our apartment waiting, clean and comfortable. Cant wait until next time,:).

The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
