The complex is set in lovely grounds and the landscaping is very well kept. It has a very relaxing atmosphere.
The adult and family sections work well, and it allows couples travelling on their own quiet space to relax.
The location is okay. Puerto Pollensa is a walkable distance during the day along a busy road, but wouldn't recommend it at night. Alcudia is a short bus drive away and only costs 1.80 euro. A taxi costs about 7 euros.
The buffet breakfast provided plenty of choice and the staff are all helpful.

Lovely hotel, it's new and well laid out. It was very accommodating when travelling with our 16 month old son. The playground and kids pool were great. The buffet food was also really good compared to other hotels we have been to. I would recommend it to anyone!

The resort isn't too far from the airport. On arrival the reception area is well presented and we found the reception staff helpful. Our apartment decor was fairly modern - lots of nice wood effect finish and a fairly modern bathroom - the floral curtains and throws let it down slightly, didn't match at all. Powerful shower but it did leak a little. Two single beds isn't ideal for a couple but I understand it is the norm... air-con, small balcony and TV were all included and came in handy.
Snack bars and mini-supermarkets located all over the large resort - food was OK, drinks were good if a little over-priced. Several different pool areas - all clean and nicely layed out. I noticed there was some entertainment at night in the main restaurant - although we never ate there - good for the kids or a laugh if nothing else. There were a few basketball/football courts dotted around, kids play area and the like.
Overall a good stay at a decent price. No big complaints! Very family focussed so, if travelling without kids, I'd go for the Serenity hotel block within Seaclub - we wished we did but never noticed at booking.

Had a great time at this hotel and recommend it. Hotel, facilities, food and beach access were great. Grounds are extensive, so you can always find a nice spot. No towels on sunbeds and three pools across the complex to choose from. Guests are mainly from Germany, so British visitors are in the minority. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices and good entertainment. We also found a great "chill out" beach bar just 5 minutes walk up the beach.

Our two year daughter loved the baby swimming pool with its water slides and model squids. The other two pools were lovely - the only criticism being the sun loungers seemed to get 'booked' quite early. The animation and 'Mini Club' were great fun but seemed to be aimed at slightly older children. The hotel mascots, Starkey and Stella, were great but we found it annoying that each nights entertainment ended with a rather disorganised conga through the bar area - great for older kids but not suitable for 2 year olds.
The food was very, very good and great value if you choose to pay in advance. There was everything you could ever want for breakfast or lunch on offer including chocolate fondue and a million different cakes. On occasion the queuing meant the food was a little cold by the time you got to sit down but the quality was good enough not to worry too much.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a relaxing holiday break in mid Jun after seeing other reviews and we wanted a 4 star hotel. We stayed in standard room which was ok. The room was basic and in my opinion a little disappointing for a 4 star. But the bathroom was nice with everything you would expect.
The only noise was from evening hotel activities and entertainment, which didn't bother us at all, but may affect those wanting to sleep early.
Hotel amenities - pools, bar, spa, entertainment were very good.
Pleasant atmosphere with mostly French and German visitors and few British visitors during our stay.
Breakfast was nice with variety of choices and friendly staff in the restaurant.

There are plenty of child friendly pools outside would suit of that floor was for adults only.... The views up there were perfect!! Will be back for sure !!

Hotel was nice with plenty of activities , situated on the beach, our room was quite small for 2 adults and one child! Buffet restaurant and food ok but gets quite busy and noisy, restaurants 5-10 minute walk, Alcudia port 3 miles away with lots of restaurants but needed to catch bus (4 euros for 3 people) bus stop directly outside hotel or taxi for approx 12 euros.

"Nice hotel away from the centre of Port D'Alcudia."
excellent holiday made especially good by the friendliness of the staff in particular Fabricio on reception who assisted us in resolving a problem we had with the booking and the gentleman behind the bar (we did not get this as he did not wear a badge with his name ) who always made is very welcome in the bar without being "in your face"

The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
