Stayed for 4 nights at end of Oct. Good staff, reasonable bar food prices, very clean, good free facilities - sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi. 5 mins walk to beach / marina. Good value overall for B&B basis. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel but expensive if you aren't all inclusive. The buffet restaurant does a lovely breakfast with a huge amount of choice.
Rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are lovely and big and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly but slow to serve but seems to be the Spanish way! Hotel specialises in families especially if you have children under age of 10. There's no entertainment at night for adults, it's all centred around the kids but we were ok with that as we were out most evenings.

This hotel is a step up from most of what is around it. Its well cared for and in great condition offering really good facilities. But what probably marks this place out as outstanding are the staff. All of them always look happy to be doing their job and pleased to be there. I was there out of season when most of Port de Alcudia is closed down but the hotel itself was relatively busy. I would stay again but probably in the shoulder months as opposed to November.

Hotel is in the middle of the castle/village so it was near all restaurants, downtown, etc. And it's very cute and modern inside. Breakfast was good. Parking can be a pain especially at night and you may need to park far from the hotel. It is a little far from the nice beaches - you need to drive about 7-10km.

The Viva Tropic is a family resort first and foremost. Each night they have an evening show for kids. The food is average. We chose to stay here due to the cycling station and proximity to various cycling routes. The beach is only a block away and various restaurants are within a 10 min walk along the beach front board walk.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel once before in the high season and now in the low season. They were undergoing extensive renovation work to their reception area but a temporary reception had been set up and was working well . the staff and the rooms are excellent

Stayed here for 5 nights in early October for a cycling holiday. We had a self catering room - a bed sofa and kitchenette. We kept our bikes in our room and wheeled through the reception with no problem. I think there was a bike store too. The spa was nice but too many families using it as the outdoor pool was too cold. That's the only real critiscm especially as the hotel promotes itself as cycling friendly and cyclists needing to use the spa to recover muscles. Used tennis court too n

The hotel is lovely and the staff are brilliant. They made our stay very special - the kids were entertained really well by Joey and Junior in the kids club. Restaurant and reception staff went out of their way to meet our every need. Plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby and shit walk to the lovely beach. My only one small issue was the thin walls - you could hear neighbours clearly but apart from that faultless.

The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
