Rooms and some hotel facilities should be renovated. Rooms for the same price are very different (firstly we have been accommodated at another room).
Not a 5* hotel.
Location is perfect and close to the beautiful beach.

There was nothing to complain about this hotel and I shall certainly book again in the future. The hotel is close to all of the amenities and entertainment. It is a short walk to the strip if you fancy it or a short bus ride or taxi to the old town. The staff were courteous, helpful, pleasant and professional at all times with nothing being too much trouble to enquire about. In all I loved my stay at the Pedra Dos Biscus. Thank you.

The bathroom had strong smell of drain which sometimes made the whole room smell. Room is very nice but mattress was very uncomfortable. Me and my husband could not sleep properly n we had body pain. Staff are nice, friendly and polite. The restaurant staff were outstanding. They delivered Great service. But 2 of the reception staff were quite unhelpful and patronising. Food was excellent. Overall our experience was great. It's a nice hotel

On arriving at the hotel we were greeted by very pleasant and efficient staff who could not do enough for you.
It was my Wife's 60th birthday whilst were there and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday cake and a bottle of bubbly!!. How the staff knew it was her birthday was anyone's guess unless it was a sharp eyed maid who saw the birthday cards in the room.
The food at breakfast was always as fresh as it could be,even though they had constant teething problems with a new coffee machine.
We tried two of their restaurants for lunch and dinner they were both excellant. I would definitely stay there again because it was so clean and tidy and well run. It was certainly a credit to the RealHotels Group.

The former little white fishing village of Albufeira, now densely developed beneath a sea of apartments and mid-rise blocks, is the region’s most popular resort. The pretty Old Town is wall-to-wall restaurants and bars, though some local establishments and residential areas still remain. Its picture-postcard Fisherman’s Beach, with spectacular ochre cliffs and rock stacks, remains an iconic, albeit often very crowded, Algarve sight.
