Clean Hotel Room, found minor problems with lights and door locking on bathroom, But Hotel staff arrived fast and fixed the problems in less than 10 minutes... The Continental Breakfast offered in the mornings was awesome, the Staff helping during that time, was friendly and helpful. All in all We had a great time. Totally recommend this hotel.

Although the building itself is a little old, it seemed like they renovated bathroom and floor that I felt clean and comfortable to stay. Also, the woman at the lobby (I think she's the owner) is nice and smiley. If I go to Oakland again, I might wanna stay at this motel. 1 1 1 1 1 1 1

Had a really nice stay here. You can't beat the location immediately next to campus, and the hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and had an unbeatable view of the Camponile but a little bit cramped.
The room had some tech. issues: the phone didn't work, the remote barely worked, and the window wouldn't stay open. But all of these were rather minor inconveniences. For the most part the hotel was exactly what we needed, the only thing that I got hung up on was how expensive the parking was.

Alameda’s waterfront offers ferries to San Francisco along with expansive views of the city’s skyline. The 12.4 square mile island is close to Oracle Arena and McAfee Coliseum where Oakland’s three major league teams play. Historic buildings distinguish downtown’s Park Street, popular for its boutiques and restaurants while the tree-lined residential streets feature well-preserved Victorian homes.
