"Felt like I was at home, what a "AWESOME" place!!!"
I arrived early, so the young lady at the desk was such a sweetheart to tell me all about the place. I decided to hang around at the pool/hot tub surrounded by gorgeous flowers and beautiful trees. The hall makes me want to get married again so I could enjoy this paradise tucked away. The Inn keeper Cornelia was very kind and friendly, which made me sad I was only staying one day. I met a few guests during the wine/cheese hour which was so delightful. The Piccadilly room was perfect for me, and comfort beyond imaginable. Being from New England, my love of this Historical home was breathtaking. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so pleasant, you just have to check this place out. Looking forward to my next trip, I will be coming back to Sweetwater Branch Inn, the perfect reason to return to Gainesville, Florida.
Thank you so much Cornelia and the staff. The best experience I have ever had!

Great place to stay. Convenient to shopping and eating establishments. Very close to 1-75; however, could not hear road noise. Staff were friendly and attentive and check-in was fast and simple. Would definitely stay here again.

We had previously stayed at this hotel due to necessity as we had left our home in South Florida during Hurricane Irma and landed here. The staff was very accommodating and kind, the hotel is clean and close to restaurants and shopping. I was bringing my daughter to a tour of UF and Santa Fe College and decided to go back here. There are many choices but truthfully it was because of our wonderful experience the first time that we came back.
