In the heart of Akhiabara everything is within walking distance and the hotel is right next to the JR station if you want to visit other parts of Tokyo. The rooms were very clean and they stock up the fridge with water every day, the beds were very comfortable and the washroom was always stocked with toiletries. Would recommend and I will defiantly be returning.

Hotel near subway and JR line, direct subway to Haneda airport make it good choice for traveller with many luggages. Hotel staff allowed us to check in early, first time for me in Japan to get early check in. Room is clean and comfy, but is small to fit 2 adults with luggages. Free self-laundry at lobby and lawson convenient stall is link to hotel lobby. Skytree view on selected room! Walkable to akihabara

I would say hotel was adequate. Beds and pillows extremely hard and uncomfortable. Room needs updating, and very small. I would suggest a location by a major subway or train station if you've never been to Tokyo, otherwise you will have to make a transfer from Shin-Ochimacki station. Close enough to station and good restaurants. Breakfast buffet could have better variety. Coffee was excellent. Would I stay there again, probably not. There are better locations.

Everything that we expected. Wifi was quite slow but other than that, it was fine. Rooms were turned down every day. Air con was great (during a really hot period in the middle of summer). Bed was comfortable enough.

"Not a bad stay to rest after a long day of walking"
Great little hotel, only 5 minutes walk from Asakusabashi train station. Quite a small room, but sufficient for those that spend most of their days out exploring. Plenty of convenience stores around (2mins walk), small supermarket (3mins walk), and located in a quiet peaceful suburb.

Rotenburo was awesome and much needed after a long day in Tokyo. Night noodles were awesome! Overall a great, unique experience. Room was small but on the larger size for this level of hotel in Tokyo. Lots of amenities packed into a small space.

Shoppers looking for the newest technical gadgets, DVDs, and videogames flock to Akihabara, Tokyo’s glittering “Electric Town.” The bustling streets around Akihabara Station house thousands of computer and electronics shops, several multi-floor classic arcades, and a giant seven-floor anime store. The area is popular with anime fans that crowd the streets on weekends wearing colorful costumes.
