"It is good that hotel is very close to attraction"
Sink was draining on floor, I reported. It was supposed to have been fixed but was still leaking when we came to room. Staff are not very friendly, not very helpful The room is very expensive for what it is

"Pleasant stay in modern accommodation"
Apartment was huge with lots of space. Great size shower and nice, comfortable bed. Good size fully equipped kitchen. Very modern and well looked after apartment. Very clean. A little inconvenient as you have to check in at another hotel. Parking is a real issue, however, staff did help out by giving us permit to park in blue line spots, except couldn't find any. We were running to get to Andrea Boccelli concert as we were delayed in traffic due to a very bad car accident on the freeway, but had to do full check in with passport etc and this delayed us further. We should have been able to do this after the concert finished. Anyway, overall pretty good. Breakfast was generous in rooms. Many things left in good size fridge and on the table for us to enjoy. Good coffee pod machine in room. No lift, so 3 flights of stairs to apartment. Not good if you have a lot of luggage.

"Aged & unfriendly but big rooms & excellent locatn"
You can't beat this for a location! It is right in the heart of the action :) The staff on the front desk could however learn to smile once in a while? The room whilst aged was big. Has good and bad points :) Pick what means most to you :)

"Superb home from home"
Barbara shows really passion in looking after her guests. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are of the highest quality and impeccably clean. The furniture is all antique and/or unique and exudes a high end feel. As there are only five rooms you get a feeling of being in a luxury apartment to yourself as opposed to a typical hotel with lobby etc. This really is a boutique hotel in the purest sense. Great views of the city and easy to get to. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Verona in the same price range - when we go back we will stay here.

Relais A Ponte Pietra - Verona Hotels

Relais A Ponte Pietra

Via Ponte Pietra 27, Verona - Map
"This is a superb hotel"
This hotel is not far from most of the major sights of Verona. The Roman Ponte Pietra is outside the front door, the Duomo is round the corner on the left, St Anastasia on the right. A short stroll takes you to the Teatro Romano and the superb treasures of St Maria in Organo. Just a touch further you're in Piazza del Erbe. Nothing is too far away, including good restaurants. The hotel itself, though only staffed in the morning and early evening, is staffed by friendly people who want to help in any way possible and want you to feel at home. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have nothing but praise for this place.

"Nice apartment in a great central location"
I went to Verona for a conference and stayed here for 7 nights. It's right across the river from central Verona and I was able to walk to all of the main historical sites in about 15 minutes from home. It's also very close to the University of Verona, so anyone who will be visiting UniVR will be staying about 30 seconds from campus. My apartment had a kitchenette with a stovetop, fridge, sink, and full cupboards of cookware, glassware, utensils, coffee and coffee maker, kettle, etc. in the unit. Towels and bedding were changed for me three times in 8 days. They also provided bottled water, some snacks, and a tourist map of Verona. They also have a driver service that picked me up at the airport / brought me back to the airport, and this was very cheap.

"Not a hotel but fabulous! "
Brilliant service, host was very welcoming and flexible. The rooms were spotless and sooooo nice. And it smelt amazing. Was right in the centre of everything, as. It a hotel doesn't have a huge sign but location is pretty easy to find and is directly next to a coffee shop. Breakfast was fab too, everything was really thought it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that our bathroom was across the hall but it wasn't a big thing for us. Just a lovely place to stay :)

Adige River is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Adige River, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Adige River hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
