Enjoyed the holiday. However the bill of about 450 dirham for 4 bottles of nuts and 2 soft drinks was disappointing. The word on the list 'food' could not be understood. Could you kindly explain it to me. I had not time to ask as l was rushing to the airport. For this reason lam not coming back.

Wonderful stay. Really, really great staff, attentive, considerate and friendly. Food in the main restaurant has a huge buffet choice. Room service will set the table and serve then a phone call and it is all cleared away unobtrusively.
Great bar to sit and relax overlooking the waterways. Good Wi-Fi - free of charge as well.
Shang restaurant also well worth a visit.
Clean, neat and nothing needed repairs - unlike some 5 start hotels.
Must mention again how great the staff were.
Very highly recommended.

Great facilities. Staff can be a little over bearing regarding dress code and bringing simple snacks/drinks back to the hotel. They do not provide a kettle, tea or coffee in room. What are they expecting me to do?
