Wheelchair friendly
Gorgeous property within walking distance of many restaurants. The room was large and easy for an electric wheelchair to manuever around. Staff was efficient and friendly. We were there to visit friends and everyone was very comfortable. I would definately stay here again.

Good location
This is a good business hotel. It is a great location for downtown San Jose, like the Shark Tank or Santana Row. There are restaurants in the PruneYard, brewery, pizza, Outback... That are good for business travel.

Nice location
The hotel was in a nice location with many restaurants within walking distance. The room was immaculate (even though it is "pet friendly") and well equipped. The matress was very comfortable, and the staff was helpful. There are two negatives to the hotel: 1) parking can be difficult at night as they have evening functions. 2)The continental breakfast was of pathetic quality even though the serving staff was good.

Location, Location, Location
I love staying at the newly remodeled Pruneyard Plaza Hotel. The location has everything within walking distance. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure our visit is a pleasant experience. We've tried other hotels in the area when rooms were not available at The Pruneyard, but our first choice is always The Pruneyard Plaza.

Repeat visit, nice boutique hotel in good location
This is the second (or third? not sure) time I have stayed here while visiting eBay headquarters. The original "whitman" campus is right down the street.What I like is that it is a combo of a quaint boutique hotel and an "urban" hotel. The inside is cute with a roaring fire, and great decor in lobby and rooms. The pool is surrounded by a great mural that gives the idea of a tuscan or wine country countryside.They have wifi (not sure what costs as room was paid for) but also they have a very convenient open area near front desk with computer and printer. Very convenient as in a shopping center (typical northern california spread out strip mall) with one of my faves - Trader Joes - easy to walk to "TJ's" for lunch, breakfast, healthy stuff or local beer/wine! Its an upscale but inexpensive chain of healthy food grocery stores in california - they have a lot of their own brands that are the bomb. This trip my husband went and he loved just staying at the hotel and relaxing by the pool and in the spa.
