Good Location and breakfast
OK, here's the rub. We booked in here with Booking.com for May 1 but showed up Apr. 30 and asked if we could add the 1 night. We produced on our table...

Good Location and breakfast
OK, here's the rub. We booked in here with Booking.com for May 1 but showed up Apr. 30 and asked if we could add the 1 night. We produced on our tablet the booking.com reservation and he found his paper copy in his files. After some theatrics they gave us the same rate we had pre-booked for, but then the next day they reported to Booking.com that we were a no show. The guy didn't know how to book the room, and acknowledge the reservation. Credit Booking.com for handling this dispute, and finally we got the no show credited back, minus the loss in exchange rate. So the room was fine,clean, a bit noisy due to it being a main floor room, the breakfast quite good, location from our friends in Mestre and Venice very good and only 5 mins to the airport. Places to eat are poor close by, the grounds aren't well kept, due I think to cost cutting, Italy is having it's problems, and internet is not free but a charge per day, which detracts from the experience.Just watch how these places handle anything other than the norm.

Cozy hotel, but not sound proof
Stay in hotel for 3 nights Pros.: close to airport (Marco Polo), big parking, very good breakfast, close to bus stop (take number 5 bus in 20 min in Venice), Very clean and big room and friendly personnel. Safe in the room. Sleeping bed in second floorCons.: sound isolation You can hear everything in next rooms. No elevator, so for 2 floor You have to carried baggage by stairs. Did not figure out how to use air conditioning system (but in may it was not a problem for cool down, we just open the window)

Close to the airport, lots of extra charges
The hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the airport, but it is 10 Euro per person for the shuttle bus. It is also 2 Euro per hour for the Wifi. Really??The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We were in what obviously was the old barn which gave us great ceilings and character.We booked this hotel solely because we had an early morning flight. However, we were charmed by the waitress / cook who runs the dining room. She was super friendly and helpful and dished up a great dinner for us. The night front desk guy was also very friendly, making us cappucinos at 445 am!

great location
our room was very clean, breakfast was included and consisted of a good sized buffet. The location is ideal when flying in or out from Marco Polo airport. The hotel offers a shuttle to airport, however we walked half a block down the street and took the municipal shuttle bus for two euros and were dropped off right in front of the departure terminal. You can also take the bus #5 from the same bus stop all the way to Piazzalle Roma, in Venice for a couple euros and it puts you right close to all the attractions and right next to the cruise ship terminal - very convenient for cruisers ending their vacation. We found the desk staff to be friendly and helpful.

Convenient for the airport - No complaints
We arrived back at Marco Polo Airport very late at 2330. This hotel was less than 5 minutes drive from the airport car park and was not only convenient, it was comfortable and good value.It enjoys a very large car park and we were able to park very close to the patio doors which open onto a large ground floor terrace. The hotel was staffed and we were welcomed on our arrival which was after midnight.Breakfast (available from 7 to 10) was a more than adequate buffet with both hot food and a mass of cold meats, cheese, bread etc. and was included in the price.The room was clean and spacious and despite looking at other reviewers I have no complaints.
